Guest Houses in North-West District

"The location right on the river is lovely. While very clean, and also reasonably new inside, there are irritants — a bath rather than a shower and some flimsy fittings. Obi was very helpful but the taxi service somewhat haphazard. Breakfast was well done with home baked breads and, cheese and boiled eggs. The large bed and mosquito nets very comfortable. But in this location , an evening food offer is needed. The location deserves a better hotel and not much is needed to improve the Waterfront,...

"Very helpful staff, clean and quiet room. Great value!"

"Wonderful stay. I recommend each guest must be provided with the gate remote as there is a delay in opening the gate or there should be a gateman stationed at the gate"

"Had no idea I was coming despite having already paid and a confirmation number. Staff were quick to get us rooms but could have been a real problem with 7 travelers."

"Bad condition, a lot of stuff was broken."

"The staff are fantastic. We booked this hotel as it advertised a restaurant and bar...it has neither. The "room" that breakfast is served in is very unappealing. Breakfast was of a very poor standard. WiFi is extremely slow and frustrating. Water from the shower is almost non existent. There is one TV channel which was pathetic to say the least. More pleasant surroundings would have made our stay in Maun much more enjoyable."

"The house was so beautiful and everything was in order."

"Hotel is niet op hoofdweg wel rustig omgeving je moet een auto hebben te verplaatsen. Personeel aardig Breakfast eentoning"

"When we arrived, they didn’t have the Expedia reservation, which had been reserved well in advance. But it was quickly sorted with the Expedia receipt. The room was clean, the staff made us a nice coffee tray, and there was security overnight in the parking area. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. There are only a few restaurants in town and a supermarket, which are all in walking distance. It was all fine for just one night. "

"Cute little place a bit outside of Maun. I got the best service, help and advice from Taboka in the staff. She arranged things I could never have come up with on my own. Thank you! "

"Alt supert! Kjempeplass!"

"Difficult to locate No facility for dinner Rooms tacky and dirty They could not locate my payment and refused to let me leave in the morning After much deliberation I left but was angry as they had no confirmation of payment from yourselves "
