There was nothing to dislike - the property was well maintained- had a huge garden - bedrooms well furnished and very comfortable great choice of food at breakfast - the owners could not do enough for you - would highly recommend

Our room was very comfortable, clean and cosy. Although there is a well furnished guest sitting room (with drinks tray) we were happy to relax in our room after cycling all day. Had the weather been better in the early evenings we would have made more use of the very nice garden. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and high quality ingredients. On our first morning Jenny suggested we have it in the garden, which was lovely.

Jenny was the most experienced and amazing host. Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail throughout the property made it truly the best place I’ve stayed in the North Walsham area, and in honesty, the best B&B I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you :)

Very comfortable accommodation, Jenny was extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Convenient to the town, restaurants etc. Fully recommend the “Chimneys”.

Nice homely B&B

Jenny who runs B&B gave a very warm welcome. Showed us to our room, then showed and explained how to work TV etc and the rooms contain a information pack about WiFi, area, breakfast, taxis and places to visit. She has thought of everything and nothing was too much trouble.

Great comfortable stay

Great stay at Chimneys, Jenny is a friendly host and everything has been thought of. The room was large and clean with everything you would want. Even a fridge, which you wouldn't get in most B&Bs. Breakfast was great too, large and freshly cooked with a choice of cereal too.

Amazing home away from home!

Fantastic. It’s the best place I’ve been to in the last year— and as a frequent traveller, this is pretty “big” to state. Can’t thank Jenny and her little crew enough. Felt welcomed and catered for. As a researcher, the details are important to me. All details were met. It’s a place you stay and you wish you could extend your trip! Thank you!

Faultless stay at Chimneys!

Our one-night stay at Chimneys was extremely enjoyable and relaxing. The facilities were first class throughout, a really warm welcome from Jenny who ensured that our stay was very positive. There was ample parking and Chimneys is only a short walk into town. Highly recommended, faultless from start to finish with a lovely breakfast included!

Lovely BnB with great host and breakfast

We had an amazing stay here. The Walpole Room was beautiful and full of lovely touches like snacks and towel art. The breakfast was delicious and the host Jenny was incredibly welcoming and friendly. There's also an amazing garden, although due to the weather we didn't venture out into it.

Friendly clean B&B

This bed and breakfast was very friendly. We were greeted by Jenny who came out to meet us with a large umbrella as it was raining. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. All freshly cooked and locally sourced where possible. Would love to go back in the better weather as it has an amazing garden. Good parking. Only downside were the stairs but they are manageable if you are slightly disabled.

We had a very warm and friendly welcome from our hostess Jenny who went above and beyond expectations in every way that she could. We found the accommodation to be very good and the next time we are in the area we will definitely be staying there. Her breakfast was excellent and her suggestion of where to have our evening meal was greatly appreciated.
