Katie I think thats her name, had her hands full serving a delightful breakfast to all her guests..(Well Done). Llandudno has a lot to offer which includes the Headlands and all of its staff. "Fabulous hotel, perfect from check in to check out. Big thank you to the girls in the spa, the receptionist with the long curly hair and the 2 girls who did our massages who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when we got a case of the severe giggles and couldn’t hold it together! This was a much needed break for me and my daughter after a lot of recent sadness and that memory will stay with us forever, so thank you ! It made our weekend. The caravans are comfortable and the hot tub adds that special touch after a day of walking around places in North Wales. The restaurant is a must to visit, the food and service are top quality. "What a lovely welcome from reception on arrival to this traditional seaside hotel! Clean, comfortable room with good beds, hot shower and fluffy towels, plenty of coffee and tea in the room. Good choice of hot and cold items at buffet breakfast. Small bar, with a singer in the evening who was pretty good. Right near pier and shops. We loved it!"

"Our first time here and we’ll definitely be returning! Ideal for the beach as it’s so close by The staff are excellent really friendly and accommodating. Rooms spacious and comfortable.slept really well . No need for duvets as room was really warm . Thoroughly enjoyed our break oh and fabulous breakfasts from choice to service and quality ingredients and served piping hot .. well done all of you "
