"Our stay was amazing!! This location is perfect. The room was clean, the service staff was kind and friendly. Our flight was cancelled due to a winter storm and the front desk girls were amazing helping us out with extending our stay. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "We had a wonderful stay at the Arthouse! Great clean spacious room, bar/coffee shop in the lobby, yummy restaurant right next store. Super convient for a show at the Beacon Theatre. I will definitely be back! "

"Upgraded to one of the small suites on the 9th floor, though it was still quite large -especially for an older NYC hotel. Beautiful decorated bedroom and living room, very bright and multiple windows overlooking Broadway. (Don't worry, room was so quiet.) Hallways and room spotless. Friendliest staff. Included breakfast vouchers from take-away croissant pastry store off lobby. "

"Staff was amazing, room service staff on point, rooms a bit small but very comfortable and of high quality, amazing location.. only down side is the $100/day fee held on a card (which I take was for damages and incidentals)… but you get it back"
