"I was happy with the room for the price. However The tv remote hardly worked. There were just 4 x teabags for two day stay, and just enough long life milk for just 2 x cuppas. No biscuits etc. Just the very basics. Staff at check it couldn't tell me about what amenities they had."

"We had a great stay, staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was cleaned daily and restocked. It was great to be able to park in front of our room, and room had a good working air conditioning. Location was key for us as it was near everything we needed."

"The air conditioning & ceiling fan are both effective. It's very close to the Surfers Paradise tram stop. Good for a budget stay. "

"Location is excellent. Right next to Ligan hospital, medical suits. We had a nice dinner at the hotel. There was no traffic noise. The hotel is located on a busy intersection. The air con was very quite. The best pillow i have slept on in a hotel for a long time"

"The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us! "

"I don’t think the apartment we booked was the apartment we got. It was nice and clean, the view was great but if everyone that was supposed to stay stayed, we wouldn’t have had enough beds for how many we booked for. There were just little things that were overlooked, eg. not enough toilet paper…parking was a nightmare to navigate. But overall the place was nice, great location, great view of the beach and we had a great time. If we ever want to stay at Surfers again we’d probably consider...
