"Ocean view was excellent. Room was perfect and cleaned daily. Only complaint was a large group there on a business trip locked up all of the pool side cabanas for days, and left most of them empty, most days. Seems there should be an occupancy rule or a limit to the number of cabanas that can be locked up…or limit the number of days in a row. "

"This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. "

"First and foremost, the building looks like it’s condemned and anyone who spends their hard earned money to stay here should be very well aware of that. As for the interior of the unit that is subpar at best be prepared for the fact that there really is not an actual bedroom. It’s a bed that you have no space to walk around. "Loved the quiet neighborhood. Short walk to buy coffee . Lowell store to get ice cream yummy. Pool looks very nice and inviting. Convenient restaurant attached to the lobby to order out. Clean laundry room. Clean buffet breakfast. Polite staff. Will definitely book again. Aloha!"

"The room was great but COLD! 😆 We’d turn off the air conditioner and wear our jackets. The bed seemed a bit tired to me but my husband was fine with it. We enjoyed the breakfasts! We chose the location because we live near Waikiki and it was great being out in Kapolei. The location was fantastic, too. I’d definitely return but bring more warm clothes. 😁"

"The location from the airport is good. We stayed two different nights and each night. The air conditioning did not work. Every time we went to have breakfast at least 45 minutes before closing time, they ran out of food."

"Overall clean but for luxury, minor details could be attended to. Like chaulk in bathroom(moldy or soap residue), plants look sick in the hallway of the club rooms, could use bug repellent plants, as the gnats and mosquitoes were rampant). "So relaxing, peaceful, beautiful beyond words. True welcoming hawaian hospitality. A place everyone should experience. We saw double rainbows with mountain backrounds, one of the worlds largest sand bars, snorkled with turtles from the resort boat ride and kayaked to china mans hat. Ate authentic homemade banana bread in the am while keeping up with our exercise routines in the property gym. Lounging on the floating decks around the hot tub and pool were so relaxing. Its was just fabulous. "

"The hotel first floor it’s super dirty, we didn’t use the pool, restaurant or gym. They charge for parking, there is not parking close by for stays, they also charge extra for using the amenities. $75 dls, extra per day! Horrible experience "

"This property feels dated and in need of a full refresh. The room had a noticeable musty odor, and overall cleanliness did not meet expectations. The air conditioning unit was very loud and struggled to cool the space effectively. After showering, I used the bath mat to wipe the floor and it picked up a significant amount of dirt, which was concerning. Overall, the condition of the room did not reflect a comfortable or well-maintained stay."

"I have tried the property twice to see what people are giving it good reviews for. The rooms are extremely old, the furnishings are poor and there are no amenities. You have to pay for the Gym if you want to use it, the pool is sub par, it is not worth it. I would pay a little more and stay at the AC or another hotel in the future."
