"I booked a different room at a different hotel because the room smelled (it smelled like cleaning products, but it was such a bad smell mixed with old musty aor) and mosquitos in our room. The idea of the property is nice. We swam in the pool when it opened but it got really gross as the day went on. There is a Mexican restaurant, which gave us water with bugs in it. The kids activity center was great and clean. But, everything else (restaurant, rooms) needs a good cleaning."

"Breakfast was really good. Room was not cleaned well at all. There was men’s hair shavings on the bathroom counter, the shower was a mess and the doors were very dirty."

"I had visited this property before and was pleased to find that my experience was consistent with previous stays. The microwave/oven had been upgraded which was good. Housekeeping were on the ball and kept me well stocked with coffee. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily revisit and probably will, at some point."
