"The hotel check in process was simple - however asking for a late check out they said they can’t guarantee one and to ask them in the morning of check out. Asked them again in the morning and they could because they were full and something about house keeping staff.
The bathroom door didn’t lock it was a glass barn door and it wasn’t level with the locking mechanism so it could latch. The bathroom hand towel holder that is on the wall was broken and just resting on the hook. The bathroom sick...
"We only stayed one night. We did not find the beds to be comfortable at all, very saggy mattresses. Otherwise the room was fine for what we needed. It was nice and quiet. Check in and check out was all fine. Breakfast was a disaster though. Clearly not enough seating for the hotels capacity. Everything was empty. I had to hunt for cutlery. Hot food stations were really messy. Overall kind of yikes but free I guess so you get what you pay for? The staff were doing what they can so can’t fault...
"Nice hotel with everything under 1 roof and close for Nisku rink. Overall, a good stay for the family, we like having both Chop and Denny's attached for quick meals and all amenities available.
The rooms are starting to show some wear for the price and the pool was not well maintained at all. Other than that it's a good stay, a bit pricey for comparable"
