"Our subpar experience started right at check-in when we were ignored by the front desk agent. The valet acknowledged us twice and after the second time, went to find a different front desk agent (who started our check in and then was pushed out of the way by the agent who ignored us). No one answered the room service call so we went down and ordered to go from the restaurant and took it up to our room on our own. On our second evening, I asked front desk to please send up extra towels because...

"Hotel was not as described. Parking is expensive and not included. Staff in the night was rude and would not provide any extra bedding due to being “short staffed”. "

"The rooms were nicely renovated and very clean. Bed was comfortable and the towels were of nice quality. Beautiful property. "

"Room was modern and clean. So was the lobby and the exterior. Did not stay for long but definitely felt clean and safe throughout the stay. Unfortunately did not get to test out the gym but I did look inside and it has everything a gym hotel needs and the equipment was in good shape. Also, parking is super easy. Oh, and I got in very late and got assisted right away and was checked-in and in my room within 5 minutes of arriving. A+ Concierge. Would stay again. "

"Got there late and thankfully the gym is in fact 24/7 as advertised which was nice but the gym is not great. It has one big odd cable machine which does not function terribly well but when you couple it with the dumbbells and the bench it does the job for one night. It also has a few treadmills and a stationary bike. Room was clean and concierge was friendly. Is not the best hotel in the airport vicinity but is definitely fine. Would not be against staying again for another night. "

"All the front desk staff were excellent. I stayed with my dog, and our room was clean and quiet. Had dinner one night from the restaurant and it was good, and so convenient. Would stay here again if in the area. "
