North San Antonio - SAT Hotels with Hot Tubs

"All of the staff was so nice. Facility clean... Hot tub could have been cleaned, elevator by dining area broken all week....but hey, things happen.would def stay again"

"Shuttle was on time. Elevator was broken and kept opening on floors people were not located. Wanted to enjoy the hot tub at hotel and when we went to get in hot tub was broken and not hot. So was the handicap equipment around the hotel. Notified the staff of the broke hot tub over a two day period which they said they would get the maintenance man to take a look. He was never seen working on the hot tub at all."

"This was more a motel than a hotel. AC had been off before we arrived and room was damp and smelled damp. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was minimum, sort of greasy. We were in a construction area and right off the highway and busy commercial space. It did not live up to the rating it had on Expedia."

"The 1st floor hall carpet is very dirty and needs to be replace. The room itself was very muggy. There was a spider on the ceiling the bathroom door did not close. Beds were dirty. "

"Everything was clean and on great condition. I wanted to extend my stay but would have wound up paying an entirely new fee for my pet rather than just extending the payment one day."
