"Rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and very close to the air port and that's the only reason we stay there. There is a trans, black man, at the front desk who is extremely rude. I've complained a lot about his behavior but whenever we go he/she is still there with his attitude. He also takes his kid to work and he's in the lobby and I think that's wrong"

"The question is more, "What didn't we like about staying at this property." It was extremely comfortable and typical of the Drury Inn & Suites name and reputation. The breakfast buffet was as always and now has becoming, excellent, excellent, excellent!!! Starting from Josh checking us in on Saturday night and having assured us on the telephone beforehand that our room was actually ready at 10 AM and we could check in anytime thereafter, it was a terrific stay. It ended up with us not arriving...
