Great stay highly recommended

Great stay!! Very clean. Help was nice. Good comfy bed. Pillows were a little too fluffy for us but you can’t have everything. The hotel even smells clean when you first walk through door. They have a nice little patio with wooden rockers which I thought was very nice. Will definitely stay again thank you

In NP I’ve stayed for a lot more $$ and had a lot worse rooms. Clean, quiet, comfy bed, full sized chair, decent sized room. The Handicap shower was interesting, but hey, I’m not complaining it was wet and hot. Great place to stay the night before a colonoscopy!!!

No breakfast, no pool, kids were looking forward to swimming, had to resort to swimming in the bathtub. Which wouldn't hold water so i had to tape the drain shut. It was convient that it was located by the highway, and there were plenty of food and gas options near by but overall a disappointing experience.

Arrival and desk clerk was nice. When we go to our room there was no toilet paper. The bathroom and room had hair all over. The towels are dinghy, shower curtain had pink mildew on the bottom of the shower curtain. The hall way floors were cleaner then the floor in the room. The light between the beeds was un pluged and there is food crums behind the furniture. I would not recomend for $118 a night. I have stayed at better places for that.

Oh the Mattress!

The room was clean. Although there was a problem with the mattress. I was as if a person weighting 500 lbs. had slept on it for an extended period of time compressing that side of the mattress. This side compression made it feel like you were sleeping on a side hill

Room I was provided was not cleaned from previous occupant. I should have requested new room, but I did not, so that’s on me. Upon request, staff immediately provided me with set of fresh towels. Over all, nice hotel, good value for the low price I paid for the room.

Parking lot was a mess tall weeds everywhere. Not very clean. Our room smelled bad, had not blankets only a sheet, towels didn’t feel very fresh, the tv didn’t work. Will never stay at a travel lodge again.

Shower was lukewarm, bath fixtures very old, no conditioner. I had to ask for kleenex and an ice bucket. The curtain was broken (but I was able to close it). The outside door into the property at the far end (near my room) was unlocked at least all day long with no control of who can enter.

The young man at check in and a different young man at check out were very good. The room sheets were just a touch dirty and under the bed there was a bit of debris. It was not horrendous by any means, but the debris that I saw under the bed did not make me feel like I was in the cleanliest room. I did not bother asking but they also did not seem to have a comforter or quilt in the room. It certainly was not in the room. The bed skirt was crooked. I only planned to stay one night as it was so I dealt with it. Again, staff kind and approachable. The room was clearly not getting the love it deserved.

Friggin Josh, friggin place

Ordered a double queen room, called spoke to Josh and told him we'd be in late. When we arrived none of those rooms available. Put us in a small room in the railroad worker section (not Josh, graveyard shift guy). Said would bring up a roll out bed for our toddler, never did. Called about 40 minutes later to say they would bring it up "soon" by then we were asleep. I left a note with the checkout receptionist for the manager, never heard anything. Got ripped off in my opinion.

Misleading Cleanliness Rating

Room was very musty when we walked in, luckily there was a window which honestly saved the whole night for us. There was no blanket or comforter on the bed, only a sheet. The floors clearly had not been vacuumed and it did not appear anything was really wiped down. There were fingerprints and residue all over the microwave and mini fridge. The shower floor was very dirty, I think a little beach and elbow grease would have cleaned it right up but apparently not a priority. This was a terrible experience and I do not recommend unless you know what you’re signing up for. This hotel does not deserve 7+ stars for cleanliness, completely misleading.

Just as expensive as the other hotel we stayed art along our Reno NV trip, but the place was run down. Plaster off the wall in bathroom. The toilet ran all night. The TV was small and we could not get it to work. The refrigerator did not work. The person at fron desk did not know when check out was. No breakfast.
