"We had a great stay. The hotel is in a very good location. The beach was easily accessible and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was good, though the service was slow. The building needs remodeling, but it was clean and everything worked. The view of the beach from our balcony was great. We will most likely stay here again."

"We had to kill 2-3 roaches in our room. The rooms were really outdated because not even usb chargers were available. Price is overkill for the state of hotel. The sheets were dingy. And towels were dingy too. The pool needed cleaning due to debris but could have been from recent rains. Staff was nice and breakfast was good."

"Bitter Disappointment in Every Way. Wyndham should be ashamed to have its name associated with this miserable place. Room was dirty -- on check-in we found a pile of damp, dirty towels in the wardrobe closet. When I took this disgusting pile down stairs to the main desk, the desk clerk did not apologize; he said nothing, just put on a pair of disposable rubber glovers and scooped up the mess like it was standard operating procedure. "Staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and were very nice. The hotel overall is in disrepair. The carpeted rooms have a moldy odor, there was trash and large cardboard boxes left in the hallways and right outside of elevator doors. The pool was closed with no date for re-open. Our room had the smoke detector removed from the ceiling and the hole with wires was left uncovered. There was a fridge still boxed shoved in the spot where it should be in place. There were no working ice machines....

"Lovely condo with private parking. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Area was very quiet. Walked past pool but didn't go inside, looked good and clean. Beach a short distance, walkable, and very clean. Would stay with them again."

"The staff at the Hampton were some of the nicest staff members I have ever met at a hotel. The breakfast was excellent!! Couldn’t be better. The hotel may consider getting some new carts for customers to use for unpacking/packing. One cart had a broken wheel and all were very difficult to steer."

"The room and shower were very clean. Wonderful breakfast. Easy drive in and out when not wanting to stay directly on the island. Kind of a nice middle ground location for both the island and CC downtown. Highly recommend AND will definitely stay there again."

"I liked that the Hotel has friendly staff. Has clean rooms, Breakfast was very satisfying. I like that they have a clothes washer and dryer. Its walking distance from the Beach park. And you get a discount with Kasie's Cart if you stay at Hotel Lydia."
