"No room"

"For the price of the room, it should've been better maintained. The repairs on the room were sloppy, balcony door was hard to open and shut. Hallway carpet was dirty and stained. Very unpleasant looking. The AC in the room did not cool, sent us broken unusable fan as the "fix" for the ac not cooling. Requested another room and staff never called back to resolve the issue. The pool is nice but dirty. Algae growing on the edges..no water for the coffee maker. The view is about the only thing...

"The hotel was fairly clean, the staff was very friendly! The exhaust fan in our room didn’t work which made the bathroom very steamy! The vent in the entry way by the closet dripped water, I’m assuming from the A/C. It was very hot and humid when we were there in June. Overall, I thought it was a safe place to stay for a decent price."

"Lobby was locked had to check in with overnight window room was canceled without any notification still no refund it felt like I was being scammed cause the property did not offer refunds in which it was there mistake reserved at 2pm checkin at 4pm got there at 4pm apparently rooms were sold out very unprofessional felt very unsafe just pulling into parking lot pictures on Expedia looked nothing like the property you can tell the clientele they were booking it looked like an apartment complex...

"This place is the most terrible place to stay they give me a room with no shower curtain, no refrigerate, microwave ,no light in the shower and was water coming from the ceiling room they don’t care to keep trash everywhere the battle trash full all the time the smell is so bad I report what happened with my room the same night I reported it they didn’t care until I report again the second night house keeping never come. I never see any😡"
