"Staff is wonderful. We checked in late after a long journey and they could not have been nicer to us at check in also in the restaurant and bar. We loved the vibe and the location. I’d return again if ever in the area. "

"Everything related to our stay here was great until I needed assistance with additional towels and toilet paper in our room and had to ask the gal working the front desk on the second night we were there. It was a Friday and her nametag said "Manager" which was alarming because she was extremely rude and condescending when I went up there with my 3 kids in tow. Her name is Tracy and again her nametag said "manager." When we walked away, I was visibly frustrated and my daughter noticed and spoke up, not ok that children even noticed her lack of customer service and rudeness. Literally everyone else was wonderful. Just the manager Tracy was very rude and could use some training in customer service. When I mentioned it at check out, none of the amazing staff seemed to be surprised at her behavior. Something should be done about this for sure! I wish I could do more than just write a review so nobody else has to be made to feel like an inconvenience. Thank you."

"This stay was perfect. The room was spotless and set up very nice. The staff was incredible i forgot his name but the man at the front desk that checked us in was excellent, some of the best customer service ive ever had. We had a little bit of wait when trying to check in but the guy at front desk was very courteous about it and upgraded us. Excellent room care, Excellent staff everything about the stay was perfect and i will definitely be recommending this hotel to people looking for a place to stay in the area. Thank you very much for an excellent stay at Magnolia!"
