"Will go back"

"I found a tick in the bed that bit me twice. The WiFi code was expired. The bed was hard as a rock. There was no land line to call the office. I had to go to the restaurant to communicate. The sausage at breakfast was horrible. I had to spit it out. I made them give me credit for the second night. I told them I was not going to stay there another night. They did credit me on that but should have reimbursed on the first night also but I didn’t ask them to do that ."

"Great hotel, on the Loop, staff is always helpful. On-site parking. Nice little workout room. Restaurant. Coffee shops and food nearby."

"The suite we were in was not great. The lighting is kinda poor, the hot water in the half bath was just droplets, the room is divided by a door but the bedroom has zero AC vents or airflow, the bathroom fans didn’t work at all, the phone wouldn’t dial to anywhere on or off property, and the halls were just as humid as outside. The wheel, swing and carousel were hits with the kids, but it’s costly. Also don’t get the pork steak at the Train Shed, it’s terrible."

"Historic building in good location. It is next to the convention center and near the metro rail. Several nice restaurants are nearby."

"Upon arrival, we observed several cleanliness and maintenance issues in the room. The couch had visible spots and hair on it. There appeared to be red stains or residue on the curtains. Additionally, the toilet was not functioning properly. These conditions did not meet our expectations for cleanliness and comfort and negatively impacted our stay."

"The Hyatt was a great place to stay during our trip to St. Louis. The room was very comfortable and we could see The Arch and Mississippi River from our room. The variety of restaurants in the hotel was a nice feature. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was very clean as well."
