"Staff was very friendly. Service was amazing food was very tasty. Kassie would greet you the minute you walked in and bring you drinks and service was very good. Other staff Dil, Anjali had great customer service. Nick, Namu in the dining room the cooks was so nice and friendly make you feel at home. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and definitely will revisit."

"The rooms are always spotless thanks to a team of genuinely kind and attentive staff who make sure you have everything you need. Everyone from the bar team to the restaurant staff is incredibly welcoming and goes out of their way to accommodate your requests. The chef is especially open and accommodating with dietary preferences. The spa is beautiful, relaxing, and offers excellent massages (just be sure to book in advance, as it fills up quickly). I felt very safe throughout my stay and would highly recommend it also to solo travelers. The warm, friendly atmosphere makes you feel at home, with staff who truly care about your comfort and experience. You are taken care of from the moment you arrive at the airport and the island’s location is excellent, after a long journey, it’s just a short boat ride, and you’ll arrive in about 15 minutes."

"Beautiful beach view room. Light and beautifully furnished. Great aircon and fan. Bathroom was amazing - both with the size of it and the style. Bath, 'outdoor' shower, and areas to keep clothes to dry. Beach towels also provided."

"Comfortable relaxing stay with nice atmosphere which fitted what we needed on what was a last-minute stay. Would say that the room and beach area could be a little cleaner - old bottle tops were on the ground around the plants in our outside bathroom, and old cups and cigarette trays were still under the bushes around our nearest sunbathing area from previous guests. "Our honeymoon at Villa Nautica was unforgettable! We stayed in a Water Villa for six nights, and we had the most amazing time from activities to food to drinks. Our host, Zameer, was fantastic, he handled our reservations, minibar restocks, and explained our package perfectly. At the Lagoon buffet the service was unforgettable. The Chef personally guided my vegan husband through the menu, our waiters (Arjun, Salman, and Tharun) were incredibly sweet and always remembered our drink orders. Novi at the Lagoon front desk was very sweet, helpful, kind and funny. Kartik was a great instructor for our Discover Scuba experience. We had so much fun diving! We loved the Captain’s Bar, since the waiters were so attentive and knowledgeable about the drinks. We tried the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi for the first time and that was so much fun. The all inclusive package was definitely worth it! We enjoyed delicious drinks, the incredible Japanese restaurant, and snacks at Dhaavani. Having snorkeling gear, canoes, and the sunset fishing tour included made the trip even more fun and memorable. I want to thank the entire team for making our honeymoon so special!"

"Since our arrival, we have encountered several significant discrepancies between our booking and the actual experience provided. First, although we booked an all-inclusive package, we were informed upon arrival that we are required to pay for any food items or drinks left unfinished from the menu. This contradicts the standard understanding of an all-inclusive agreement. Furthermore, we were moved to an Ocean View Villa rather than the Sunset Beach Villa we specifically reserved. Most concerning is the safety and transparency of the resort. On arrival, we were asked to sign a liability waiver stating that the resort would not be responsible for our safety. This is particularly alarming given the high presence of bats throughout the island. Given these misleading terms and the request to waive basic safety responsibilities, I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience"
