"I had four pillows on a king-sized bed, and all were extremely flat. They were compressed into squares and wrapped in king-sized pillow cases. The bed sheets appeared to be of poor quality and extremely rough and scratchy. The laundry was good. The front desk staff was extremely professional and very pleasant. "

"We called ahead of time about the pool and were told it was ip and running. When we arrived they had a sign it was down for maintenance. When we talked to front desk we were told to find somewhere else to stay if we wanted a pool. When we got to the room it smelled like backed up sewer and the carpet was drenched in a couple spots. One of the employees told us they had just transitioned owners but they wouldn’t help us. Overall was a terrible stay."

"Staff was great. Room was clean, but nothing exciting. Pool was kind of cold considering it's indoors. Restaurant was good, maybe a touch high priced. The only real bummer of the stay was that they advertise having an "arcade" at the hotel. It consisted of 3 games from the 80's in the lobby. They're free, so there's that, but not what anyone would call an arcade."
