"We had NO Internet service in our room. Spoke with woman at the front desk. Phone # given to call - tech said "problem with the device that connects to the service was bad and could not pick up our devices. Then we discovered we also had no TV service. We eventually got out room changed but had to repack our belongings....This after a 6+ hour drive. Not fun when you're 76 & 81 years old."
