"For a budget motel it is all about the price but I see that Wyndham has bought up all the cheaper chains. A monopoly means you can have subpar service/facilities. It might be a step up from places in India (managed by & only heard Hindi in the crowded breakfast area) but if you paid over $100 in the past to stay overnight you were usually assured of a certain quality. "The room was clean but it smelled strongly of a glade plug in and it was overpowering, but I also have a sensitive sense of smell. There was parking on site but it was a bit of a seedy location. The rooms were honestly good for the price and distance from NYC. I wouldn’t stay here for more than a night personally, but it was okay. It is an old building and not sure if there’s an active facilities manager but they could use some. However it served its purpose!"
