"The hotel lobby is disgusting. The seats are filthy and so are the rugs both in the rooms and lobby. There is no warm breakfast provided. The sack breakfast had expired juice. The pool and gym are out of service and only one elevator works for the entire hotel. Waiting for the elevator took a lo g time. The keys to the room did not work most of the time. So we had to take a couple trips to the lobby after a lobg day in the city and even then the keys still didn't work. It wad the worst hotel we...
