"When I checked in, the staff was very friendly. I had to change rooms twice. The first room a roach crawling up the wall in the bathroom. Then a roach was crawling on the floor in the kitchen. I went back down stairs told the receptionist, she immediately put me into another room, no hassle. The second room, I walk to the bathroom and the first thing I see is dirty towels on the floor by the toilet, night stand dirty with some sort of dry sticky liquid on the top. "The staff was nice, thats where the good ends. The hotel allows pets and smoking which is fine but they do not have defined areas for pets and all the towels and sheets smell like smoke. We had two barking dogs next to our room and it was very annoying all morning. And I'm not too keen on staying in a room someone just had their cat or dog in, people have allergies so the rooms should have options for Pet Only and No Pets allowed. "Be bugs, ash in the corners of the room. Carpets were sticky and stains still on my blanket. Elevator takes too long and the water pressure is terrible. Don't stay here unless you like trap house environment. I kept to myself but wouldnt stay here again unless my life depended on it. 2/10 because the staff was nice. There was also 2 days where the keys didnt work for no one so I just left my door open. Nothing was stolen while I was at work for 12 hours but I only had clothes in my suit cases so...

"One of the worst place to stay this is my 6th year in USA and never saw such place to stay. PLEASE DON’T GO THERE ITS A TERRIBLE PLACE OLD RUSTY TOILET BLOCKED AND WASH BASIN IN SINK DRIPS FRIDGE STINKS MICROWAVE HAS DEAD INSECTS AND THERE ARE LOT OF DEAD INSECTS AND DRAINAGE SMELL AND ROOM SAYS NO SMOKING BUT THERE ARE CIGARETTES BUDS ALL OVER THE PLACE. please don’t book the hotel it is a nightmare"

"This is an ok place to stay if you just need a place to crash for the night, but I would not stay there again. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked and loose, rocking under your feet when you walk on it. There wasn't a working ice maker. The breakfast choices were two kinds of dry cereal, apples, oranges and bananas, packages of oatmeal or grits, and a make-your-own waffle. There was also some yogurt. And of course, coffee. So, from my perspective, not great"

"Very nice place, only thing I can say that’s negative, is they didn’t have just regular black tea on the breakfast buffet, only spiced tea bags. I don’t drink coffee, sooo with no tea with caffeine really put a damper on my morning wake up mood…..met a couple more people in the dining room wanting just regular black tea without all that fancy additives, when I asked the front desk they said they just buy whatever from Walmart and till it’s gone they won’t purchase anymore….hello doesn’t that...
