"This hotel was a complete scam. The profile and photos were misleading, and the property itself was in a filthy, unsafe area. The environment felt uncomfortable and not secure. While the service was passable, it didn’t make up for the overall poor experience. I would highly recommend avoiding this place."

"It was an amazing trip. The Hyatt Regency hotel is very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. The breakfast was another plus at this hotel. They had a wide variety to choose from and everything was cooked fresh. Everything was very very clean at this hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel."
