The only thing I see that can be improved is the shuttle from the airport. I had to call to get them to pick me up. Needs to be put on website for customers to call ahead of flight. "

But it's comfortable, relaxing children having fun.. very pet friendly and they help you any way possible so that you won't have any worries and you can just relax and enjoy your stay..... From the clerks to the GM my family wants to thank you and say we appreciate you hospitality and just real love and kindness as if we were family.. Thee is no problem they can't solve... "
