"Nice beach"

"This is a new property located on the Marina. The room was spacious, neat and clean. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay here. Areas that could be better would be opening the poolside bar and cafe earlier. It is very nice however it opens too late, therefore there is no place on property to get coffee or have breakfast. There is no signage indicating where the entrance is for unloading and the front doors are not very prominent. Some arrival signage would be great. Lastly, the safe in the room is very tiny. It is designed for keys and wallets. Something like an iPad or laptop will not fit. "

"This hotel is exactly what it seems to be: a no-frills budget option among luxury properties in the same area. My room was small and basic but clean and freshly painted. For a solo traveller over two nights, it was just enough. I wouldn’t recommend for families or long stays. The pool and dock area were lovely. The location is ideal, although traffic noise from the nearby strip was significant. I don’t gather you can get away from that on Clearwater Beach weekends. Staff was very hospitable and friendly. "

"The staff accommodated me and my friend with an early check in when we had to go to a wedding that afternoon. The staff were friendly and kind and the rooms were gorgeous! "

"Everything was very well kept and clean. Hotel was in great location near restaurant store and easy to get to highway if needed. Only down side was no cooking utensils. I wish they had pots and pans so I could have used the kitchenette provided in my room one of the main reasons I pick this hotel was for the kitchenette being I was going to be away with my daughter for sports. But other than that everything was great"

"Everything was GREAT, we had a maintenance issue and it was resolved in a very timely manner!! The view from the 2 balconies was AMAZING!! The pool was lovely and the view out to the beach and Gulf was AWESOME!! Having a mini kitchen was good we fixed breakfast every morning, the only complaint I would have is the kitchen had the bare minimum of dishes and things to cook with, I'm glad I brought my good frying pan and a small sauce pan to boil water for my tea!! But we will definitely be back to Clearwater and the Hyett!! 🌞🏝🏖😊"

"Pricey. Our room has no window that can be opened or balcony. And if you want to go to the beach and use their umbrellas or chairs you have to pay. Not even a discount you pay the same price that people that don’t come from the hotel. Very expensive for what it is."
