Superb service from all staff. I can remember a few of the names, Chloe - check in was fast and friendly, Max - pool bar was talkative and informative, Ivan - breakfast was happy and accommodating. Quality hotel. I will definitely be recommending it to anyone.

Plenty of good food options very close and easy access to the MRT if you want more. Room was standard, pretty good value.

The room itself could have been a bit cleaner, but it was great overall. Kids loved the slide and projector so overall a hit. Pros: - Great location, heart of hawker central and very close to two different subway lines. Taxi stand right in front of hotel as well. - Cost effective - Friendly staff - Bunkbed slide was a huge win with the kids - 24 hour luggage storage before and after - Water refilling station in lobby - Daily room service Cons: - Because you're in the heart of Chinatown, you're going to be hearing music from the stalls playing all night. - The walls are thin. You'll be hearing your neighbors a lot, especially if they have a slide. - The mini fridge doesn't work, and the staff doesn't know how to operate it either. - Hot water is used up after 3 minutes of showering. - No place to store clothes really. - If it's not the main area, it's dirty, i.e. under/behind the slide, windowsill, etc.
