I feel like some of the positive reviews are from when it was newer. This place is on the dirty side, and some stuff doesn't work anymore like some buttons in my pod, such as lock/unlock. Handles have fallen off some upper pods and are questionably glued back on. Shower is kind of dirty, insect colony. Ceilings have water leaks that pool up on the floor. No place to hang towels. It was really loud outside until very late, could barely sleep. Someone was literally banging a drum right outside for a while at close to midnight. I gave 3 stars and not 2 just because this is low priced for anything in Singapore, so it will do if you are in a pinch. Just know what it is. I left after 1 night after paying for 2. Usually in hostels/pods I expect guests who just need a place to sleep for cheap, backpackers, students, etc. The bunks around me appeared to be 3rd world low wage migrant workers with no teeth.

While the outside areas ( corridors and common areas ) , were nice and cool ( in fact cold) The cubicles ( ours was a lower queen )- Smith section Was a bit too hot and dry. We were there for 5 days And on the second day , the front desk adjusted to a lower temp. It got way better, but then again it got hot from the third day. Would be good if the vents in the cubes are bigger to cool the cubes or to have some sort of humidifier. Dry air is suffocating in a cube.

Room is very small but clean. I'm 185cm and getting in and out of the tiny bathroom is awkward, thankfully I'm tall but not too wide. Larger people will struggle. Convenient location, no staff after 7pm but instructions for self checkin were provided. Fine for one night.

The room was clean and the staff was nice, it was what I was expecting, unlike Shangri-La which was 10x the cost and too many tourists. If you want to see real Singapore check out.

Excellent location. 2 minuestes walk to MRT- City Hall. clean room, big room space, fast wifi. Breakfast is a little boring and cost SND40. I only had one breakfast and didn't go back. I normally walk 2min and eat restaurants nearby.
