"Close to MRT and lots of bus lines. Easy to get anywhere on the island and lots of food and shopping. The property attracts budget travelers and youth group who can be Rudy in the hallways so ask for room away from these people. Level 2 has no privacy from the street view so keep curtains closed most of the time. Bed in room I was given was hard as a rock and work bench to work on computer chair is also very uncomfortable. "Long line up to check in. Almost a half an hour. Only two staff doing check in for non loyalty program guests. Staff have to relay too much information verbally. Information that should be on a information sheet in the room. Plus forms to fill in. The check in process needs to be streamlined so that it does not take 10+ minutes per guest."

"Great place for a one night stopover, close to airport. Spacious room, clean, comfy bed. Free shuttle to and from the airport, but doesn't run between 2 and 5pm approx. If you take a regular taxi, cost is 20sgd. Staff very helpful, and huge thanks to Ashraf who helped me connect to my eSim. Walk to food hawker centre and Changi beach. I highly recommend this hotel. "The room was clean, ac worked perfectly, bed was comfortable. The room had all the toiletries needed, even lotion! The staff was friendly and kind. Meal was bascially all you can eat for 45 mins. There were so many vegetarian options which got me excited since I'm vegetarian. Will definitely be staying here again for a long layover in Singapore. "

"First impressions are important, and we were ready to write the hotel off after we were told at check-in that there would be a planned power outage from 12am-5am the first night we were there. (Would've appreciated a heads-up prior to us checking in.) That said, Lina tried to mitigate the inconvenience with complimentary dining credit (although our package already came with dining credit) and a late checkout. Everything else was great. The room was spacious, albeit old, and the bathtub was one of the biggest I've seen in hotel rooms. Amenity requests were also quickly attended to, and it was service with a smile each time. Food-wise, Town Restaurant did not disappoint for both breakfast buffet and ala carte options. That aside, special mention must be made of the service rendered by Zain at Town Restaurant, and Mary, our room attendant. We met Zain at dinner the first night, and breakfast on the third morning. Both times, we received exemplary service from him. He checked in on us often without being intrusive, and even shared a few tips on what to order (and how to order) to get the best-tasting dishes (like a nice, soft breakfast omelette). As for Mary, we were pleasantly surprised to return to a room that had not only been tidied, but also had towel swans on the bed, cable tie organisers for our cables on the bedside tables, and even a bookmark for my book! So, quite honestly, check-in woes aside, we would be very happy to return to the Fullerton again in future."

"Staff were excellent, always very attentive and helpful and maintained great upkeep of our room while we went out. Room was spacious and had a nice view towards Marina Bay Sands. Coming back to the hotel after a long day of exploring was great as we knew we would be well looked after. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would happily come back."
