"The hotel is gorgeous and we loved our room and the pool was warm and lovely. It was difficult to get servied at the pool so we ended up just doing it ourselves. We ordered room service for dinner one night and the food was less than average which is surprising for a hotel of this calibre. We had some great meals in the old town of Zadar which was an easy walk away."

"It was a nice property, because it has a lot of different activity opportunities so that you never get bored. Moreover the whole place was really clean, so you always felt comfortable. Also the staff was really nice and welcoming, that we felt really special! Overall we would recommend this hotel very much!"

"This was listed as an ocean view room. We could see a bit of the ocean, but I didn’t realize it was 15 min away from the old city and the ocean. Overall, I’m glad we stayed here because it was a very nice hotel. Probably much nicer than the ones closer to the old city. There isn’t really a beach in Zadar, or many hotels that are close to the ocean. The staff was really nice, the breakfast was really good and the room was beautiful."

"Beautiful hotel, fabulous rooms, beautiful a la carte restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant for half board evening meal- terrible! Like a bad motorway cafeteria, not enough trained staff and awful food. So we ate out! "

"Für 240 € pro Nacht mit Halbpension erwarte ich mehr. Das Bad ist winzig – kaum drehbar. Pool ist ungeheizt, also praktisch unbrauchbar. Parken kostet nochmal 12 € pro Tag extra. Sonnenliegen am Hotelstrand? Auch kostenpflichtig."

"brand new hotel kept in light wood tones, sporting spacious rooms with balchonies and a lovely outdoor restaurant facing the sun and marina. The breakfast was above what you would expect from an international hotel chain. There is no beach club but a public beach (or rather: pier) 100 m away, with a few (probably too few in hight season) sun beds. "Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage und hervorragendes Essen. Der Poolbereich hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Sveti Filip ist jedoch ein sehr kleiner Ort; wer Zadar oder einige schönere Strände sehen möchte muss mit dem Auto fahren."

"Nice property very clean and quiet area lovely pool and comfortable beds. Quite a way from old town and beach 30-35 mins walk but used bolt to taxi back on an evening. Zadar is a lovely place very enjoyable holiday."

"The property is deluxe by European standards. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and plentiful, the grounds are lovely with many seating areas to relax. The pool area was enjoyable. The rooms were a bit dated, but very comfortable."
