Motel 6 North Columbus hotels

"I loved everything about this place and hope to return. I did not have breakfast here, bc that's not an important ammenity for me. But every other thing i want in a hotel is here. Clean, dark windows, quiet, great layout, smelled good, great staff, great shower, amazing bed wth perfect pillows. Little bar for a night cap. Well lit large free parking lot. Fitness area. Fluffy towels. Late check out. Perfect. Thank you for the excellent service. "

"The whole hotel is nasty. They have homeless people staying there. Dogs staying there. It stinks in there we did we checked in and we checked right out and lost our money because they wouldn’t refund us because we went to Expedia. Please do not book this hotel ever and Expedia needs to get it off of their website."

"We got there to check in later in the evening after our event. When we checked in, it is then that we were informed that the pool was not operational, the hot tub had been permanently closed, and the elevator was not working and the only rooms left were on the 3rd floor and above. There was no compensation offered, no notice ahead of time to see if we wanted to cancel and find somewhere else to stay. If your hotel is non-operational, I feel that an email should have been sent to say whether or not you wanted to keep the reservation. None of those items were new issues the day that we were there so that is why I give it low reviews. We stayed for the pool and hot tub only. We were looking at other hotels when booking that had free breakfast but no hot tub so we opted for this one. Needless to say, we will not stay there again. Very disappointed that neither the venue or expedia gave us a heads up or compensation of some sort. "
