"This property blew me away for being a Best Western. The hot tub is the star, it is a beautiful little slice of paradise. You feel like you’re on a tropical vacation in there and it is so clean and well maintained. The whole pool area and patio are beautiful. "We checked in late to our room, and discovered the sheets were never changed. There was food and sand in the bed. I’m 8.5 months pregnant and just wanted to lay down, so we cleaned everything and went to bed. Slept for about 2 hours and kept waking up grossed out by the entire situation. I messaged the property, and the reply was “apologies, we will review procedures with housekeeping”. Nothing about a comp or even a discount. Terrible Customer Service response."
