"Our stay at Excellence Oyster Bay was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The resort is stunning, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained — every area felt luxurious and well cared for. What truly made our experience exceptional was how accommodating they were with our halal dietary preferences. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had suitable options, and they were always respectful, attentive, and genuinely kind.
Every staff member we interacted with was amazing — warm, professional, and dedicated to making our stay perfect. You can tell they take great pride in their service and the overall guest experience. The entire resort felt peaceful, upscale, and thoughtfully designed.

"Our stay was excellent! There wasn’t a large crowd of people as the resort just returned to hosting after the hurricane. It felt very exclusive. Our junior suite was LARGE! Enough for 3 comfortably. I was impressed by the standalone tub - despite not using it. Our balcony view was beautiful. Our room was kept clean, our fridge stocked and maintenance addressed our needs when called. The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. The resort is a beauty! Stunning restaurants, beautiful bathrooms, impressive lobby, plenty of seating throughout the resort, great drinks and the food is 10/10. Breakfast will be a rotation of traditional foods but it was fresh daily! The beach was kept clean. The waters were a bit rough a few days of our stay so we didn’t really get in. The entertainment team does a fantastic job engaging and keeping the day flowing. There’s always something to do but not overwhelming. There are sections of resort reserved for quiet time or pool fun. Nightly shows were great! The live band really sang! Overall we had an amazing time and look forward to returning! "

"I came by myself for my birthday, on a solo trip. I HAD A BALL. Everything was perfect from the room, the staff, the entertainment and the resort in its entirety. Beautiful clean room, the food chef's kiss, Gabrielle at the front desk was very accommodating, as well the service staff. 1st time in Jamacia, definitely won't be my last. Thank you Aquarelle for such a great experience. Yall made me feel at home. Will be back soon."
