Our room was filthy! There was pubic hair all over our bathroom including on the faucet and the floors. The faucet had someone else’s toothpaste splatter. The pull out sofa bed mattress had food, blood and other stains on it. Repulsive. I had to have our other guests sleep on the couch. I asked for an additional towel and they asked us to come downstairs and get it vs offering to bring it like most places. I think the pool and the main lobby was the only highlight.

Got stuck in the elevator. Called for help. Finally someone pushed the button out of the doors and they opened. Took the hotel 15 minutes after I was rescued to call and notify my wife in our room. Not updated rooms. Bedbugs in a room down our hall.

The staff wasn't efficient upon check in. Then when I went back to the lobby there was a family very upset. One of the dad's from the family approached me and said that there were bed bugs in the rooms they had rented. The staff wound not grant them a refund or help them launder their clothes. Also the hotel manager would not come out to speak to them. They had called the police. Since I was there with my son, I opted to leave and find somewhere else to stay. I did not feel safe there.

The property was in a good location but it was not the COMFORT INN that I’m use to. The hallways smelled moldy and musty the pullout bed was nasty. A former guest was in the lobby as I checked in complaining about bedbugs so I always carry products for this issue just in case. And guess what he was right as my family and I were packing up to check out we found a dead one on the sofa bed where my grandson slept. The room was 223 the moldy area around the baseboard was not good. So be careful and clean your room keep on some socks

The hotel itself was nice although dated. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. There could be some upgrades made but none that affected my stay. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

The double queen with sofa bed had stains on the sofa and we ended up having to leave in the middle of the night because there was a bedbug in our room. The pictures featured online are misleading, to say the least.
