"Nice place, however not having an elevator makes it tough for people with heavy luggage or coolers to get to the 2nd floor. Also the ice machine on 2nd floor was out of order... It was nice enough for us, would probably stay again, to be honest."

"There was no heat in my room and the front desk clerk gave me a tiny space heater. I stayed there again the following month and, again no heat- you can hear it start up but can barely feel it coming out of the vent and the room was cold in the morning. They just redid their pool though- maybe they should have gotten the heating system working. I hear there is no air conditioning here either. Unfortunately if you are coming to Rapids to work at the hospital, this is the closest hotel."

"Very impressed by how large and clean the rooms are! The pool was a bit underwhelming, but given the time of year, I think that is why the slides were closed. Beautiful hotel!"

"The people working there are great. It is just that the building is super dated. Getting hot water from the shower took about 5 minutes, there was rust on a lot of the metal, our phone, clock, and remote did not work. There are many cameras in the hallways, but the hotel still lacks security. The exterior doors are broken. A bit of a shock through is that bed was super comfortable. "

We recently had a loved one passed away and we’ve been there three times in the last month in relation to that situation. The hotel is conveniently located. I feel very safe there. The staff are very good. I find the breakfast is to be good as well. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we need to...
