Hotel Spa di Houston Tengah Utara

"Hot tub was broken."

"Room smelled like weed, ac didn’t work, ghetto"

"It’s ok. This property is not well maintained like other Woodsprings I’ve stayed at. Staff is very helpful and accommodating which I appreciated."

"The hotel environment was clean and fresh. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Transportation to the hotel and back to the airport was efficient. I had a lovely evening at the bar and breakfast was delicious."

"Staff was very kind and helpful, the lady went the extra mile in helping me!!"

"The beds were terrible. I can put up with a lot, however, the beds were so bad I slept on the floor on the sofa cushions. I slept about an hour. Both beds were so bad even my 13 year old grandson couldn’t sleep and 13 yr old kids can pretty much sleep anywhere. I will never stay at another Springhill Suites again."

"I had a great stay at this hotel! The property was nice, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel staff was amazing, very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a great added bonus. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Very clean hotel and room as well. Comfortable need and friendly staff"
