"Shuttle ran on Time. That was the most important thing for us on this property. Issue with out reservation though. For some reason showed cancel. Staff member worked through it "I hope" and was able to get us a room and should be able to release "the expedia" funds and not double charge me."

"The airport shuttle bus pickup was quick and easy to get contacted and processed but somehow we did not received the full details from Expedia where the meeting point was located. Hotel was clean and quite, breakfast was adequate and better than the normal continental breakfast."

"Great location. Close to the airport. The lady who checked us in was professional and handled everything in a calm and respectful manner. She was by herself and there was a long line of people waiting plus phone was constantly ringing but she handled everything so well. I wished I got her name to give her a compliment letter. We checked in 6/10 around 11 pm."
