"The hotel was fine. We were inconvenienced by a 24 plus hour flight diversion and needed a few hours sleep. However the staff was extremely nice but stressed to us that becuase it was a third party booking they didn't even have a room with two double or queen beds. That's pretty annoying at 4 am. The room they gave us was clearly under some improvements in the bathroom but we slept a few hours and left. Not cool Orbitz! Not cool at all. "
