"Clean, spacious room. Clean bathroom. All staff we interacted with were very friendly. Convenient location close to canyon. Shuttle convenient and stops right in front of lodge.
Food court and gift shop in lobby. Hugo at the gift shop was so nice and friendly and thoughtfully taped a little knife to our fudge. Loved our stay!!

"The room and the property were absolutely beautiful.
The only thing that was uncomfortable was the placement of the air conditioning unit directly above the bed so that hot or cold air was blowing directly on my face creating sinus issues while I was trying to sleep, so I eventually just had to turn it off and went and bought a tiny space heater to use instead.
Otherwise everything was wonderful"

"This is our second time staying here and we will continue to stay here whenever we come to Flagstaff. The room was nice and clean, very comfortable and the location, for us, can't be beat. It is walking distance to many of the restaurants and coffee that we like to go to, and a quick and easy drive to others. Very nice property."
