"We stayed at this location for a week. Miss Claudia at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Always a wonderful smile, cheery demeanor, a sweetheart whom made you truly feel welcomed. The room was spacious with a fabulous view of the mountains. Breakfast had great options and you are next door to a grocery store. Only downside is if you have a full size truck or SUV, you can park when full but you will need manuevering and backup skills."

"Starting with the positives, location of the hotel was an advantage for our planned activities in Asheville. Convenient to interstates & attractions. We were greeted promptly. Friendly staff. Indoor pool. As far as negatives, our room was not quite finished on our arrival after the stated check-in time. Our bathroom toilet had not been cleaned (urine still in the bowl). We lost power one evening. TV did not work 2 days of our 3 day stay. Breakfast food was blah. Crowded area for the number of...

"Breakfast was good and dining area clean. Room was fine but the cable was out for a day and night plus the power went out. I will say the staff was very polite even though we were irritable "

"The property had an electrical issue which caused the elevators to be out & no lighting in the parking area. We weren’t notified in advance of this issue and my elderly father had a hard time getting to his room due to the elevator outage. The beds were very uncomfortable and feels like the springs are popping out. The pillows were old and bunched up. The overnight stay was less than desirable."

"The check in staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and we loved there were both soft and firm pillows on bed. A good breakfast selection with waffles, eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, fruit, oatmeal, pastries, yogurt, muffins, toast, bagels, cereal, coffee, juice, etc. We appreciated there were nice, fluffy towels in the bathroom. Overall, there were good attention to details towards the comfort of our stay. We will definitely choose to visit again!!"

"Whatever cleaner/fragrance being used in the rooms is very very strong!!! Need to take in consideration people with allergies. Throat, eyes burned and could not sleep due to the over powering fragrance smell. Will it stay again. "

This was at 5am, so I was stranded there without a way to get to the airport since I had no car seat. I ended up missing my flight. "
