"Rooms are slightly outdated with popcorn ceiling and the shower ceiling had black mildew. The view was great. The indoor pool was on the smaller side but still fun for kids. One day the hottub was cold because they accidentally turned it down too much. Food was good, server and bartender were great."

"A/C worked fine, room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked good, had a mini fridge, no carpet, nice shower. Outside was a bit scummy with lots of litter and spilled coke that was never cleaned up. Inside bathroom window had no lock and no screen. I was alone, but I know if my wife had been there she wouldn’t feel safe and I wouldn’t leave anything in the room of value when I went out. Manager didn’t seem concerned about window not locking. "

"Overpriced…but wonderful! This is the sort of place where absolutely nothing is included…not parking, not the thermal pools, not breakfast, so expect to spend quite a bit on top of the room rate. However, the rooms are luxurious and relaxing and the thermal pools are wonderful. I slept VERY well here. Overnight guest have to pay an additional $75 to use the thermal pools."

"Property clean. Staff nice, especially Don in the lounge/bar. He gives fantastic friendly service. Our only complaints were the air conditioning in the room was so loud, hard to sleep. TV in old and controls not real intuitive needs updating for both. Being there on a Saturday it was disappointing the restaurant/bar not open until 5PM. We had to walk to a neighborhood hotel close (Sheraton) that had restaurant and bar open all day. The free drink ticket and snacks at happy hour for guests that...

"Never stayed at a Sonesta property before, so I didn't know what to expect. But the reviews were good. Didn't really get to use some of my travel pass perks because they were super booked(which was good for a holiday weekend). Check in was a breeze, room was nice, had a kitchenette in it. Breakfast was a really good variety and even on my 3rd morning, they had people call in sick and the one girl was a rockstar, making everything herself and making sure everyone was fed and not waiting long....
