"人の髪の毛が落ちていてちょっとギョッとしましたがまあ気になる程度ではなかったです。カードを差し込む場所が見つけられずに困りましたがフロントに言えばすぐ対応してくれました。エアコンから水が滴って床がびちゃびちゃで困りましたがフロントに言えばすぐ掃除してくれたのでよかったです。ジムは設備としては貧弱で10キロのダンベルが最重量でした。"

"Honestly the best hotel you could ever wish to stay in. The staff were absolutely amazing, the location on the Grand Canal is faultless. The rooftop bar with views of the Rialto are some of the best in Venice. If you are looking for a hotel to stay in which is close to everything, this is the one. It’s next to a Water Bus stop that takes you direct to the airport. I wish I could give this hotel more than 5 stars as it exceeds all expectations."

"This is a cute and well-kept hotel with an elevator and a breakfast buffet included at the sister hotel two doors down. The location is a bit farther from the main tourist attractions but still convenient with lots of food options around. The bus station with buses to the airport is across the street. We were only here for one night but would have been happy to stay for longer."
