The location is perfect - an easy walk to all the places we wanted to visit and lots of great restaurants close by. Perhaps the outstanding feature of our stay was the staff. They were incredible! "The owner was untrustworthy and we feel we were duped. I made this reservation on expedia for a room that had a queen and a fold out couch. I realized the day we were to arrive, I booked it for one person, so I informed them there would be three. The owner called back to say it is a room has only one bed for 2, the couch does not fold out and they could not provide a cot since he had no housekeeping the rest of the day. He said I could book a second room for the third person or cancel...

"Lovely little hotel less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. The staff at reception and bar were very friendly and helpful and the welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. The room was a decent size and while the decor is a bit old school, it’s very elegant and tasteful. Very quiet and restful feel to the hotel and the garden at the back is beautiful. Breakfast was also very good for the price paid. "

"Lovely bedroom, we upgraded to a canal view, which was well worth it and had a small balcony over looking the canal basin where to gondolas park at night. Staff super helpful. Bed very comfortable. The location was perfect, just off St Marks Square, making getting the Alilaguna Water bus to/from the airport super easy. Breakfast plentiful. Great stay. "

"Loved staying on Murano — quieter than Venice. The hotel arranged boat transfer from the airport that was easy and from there we did the vaperetto public boats to get around including to the train station without any problems. Room was a little smaller than I expected but the patio was huge and it was nice to have a private outdoor space. "
