"Property is a short walk to the train, very convenient. Staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are not helpful and don’t provide all information needed. Things such as you can’t eat in the restaurant without a reservation, they suggested the restaurant. Also they said the bar also served food. "The woman at the front desk was not friendly nor helpful in locating the bus. I was told “it’s across the street” when in fact it was not. After wondering towards town, back to the hotel to then locate a sign about the bus, and then wondered in the other direction I found the bus. However by that time it was late in the day. Tourist attractions were closing so I just went back to the hotel for the evening. The tub to get in and out of the shower was very high to step over and I nearly fell 3xs...
