"Terrible experience, keyless entry doors kept malfunctioning. Leaving me outside on several occasions. No service, no front desk. Paper thin walls made impossible to get any shut eye. Worst experience. My advise is to avoid I am an expert traveler and I never had such a terrible experience. "

"They advertise a water park when in reality it's just the use of the local municipal pool down the road. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived back at the room at 22.30 at night to find the bathroom roof collapsed and workmen in the room. The receptionists made me feel I was the onen being unreasonable for questioning what the problem was and if it could be quickly fixed. On a positive note, the rooms are clean and have a nice view. "The apartment was wonderful and the management did a good job. The problem was parking. The information said there was on street parking so I parked on the street. My car was towed because of a festival the next day. After that I struggled to find any parking and ended up at a parking lot about a mile from the apartment. Also, I had issues with my phone and could not get the code sent for access to the apartment. Thanks to some guy who loaned us his phone we were able to call the management who let us in. Contactless entry is great if your tech is working. If there are issues with the tech it is a nightmare."
