10/10 Excellent
"We had an amazing stay! All staff were super helpful and we even had someone assigned to help us, and she was wonderful! We selected the Japanese-style room, and beds were made for us while we had dinner. Yukatas (light robe) and pajamas were provided for each member of my family. We loved the onsen and the amenities there. The kaiseki dinner was amazing (beautifully presented and delicious)--totally worth it! A fun activity included with our stay was to try on a yukata of our choice, and my girls and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Overall, one of our favorite places we stayed at during our trip. Highly recommend!"
