La prima parte dove si trova la reception è molto curata e perfettamente in stile, ma più datata, l’altra parte è invece la più nuova e sicuramente più bella . ( meglio specificare se si preferisce una stanza nella parte nuova ) . Colazione molto valida, diversa ogni giorno. Il personale ( sopratutto Zaccaria ) è davvero gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Le stanze sono curate e vengono pulite ogni giorno ....

"The Riad was located in the heart of the “old medina” which made it very convenient for shopping, exploring and was very close to restaurants. When we got to the riad, the host brought us some Moroccan tea and cookies, which was a very nice (yet different) gesture. We had to wait in the lobby for about 30 mins to enjoy our tea and cookies while he checked us in. The check in process also consisted of him taking our passports to make a copy for record keeping (which I thought was very weird), but...

"We were greeted with a cold towel and a drink, which was most welcome. We were able to occupy our lodge 3 hours early, which was amazing - thank you. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious, with a welcome fruit basket. The site was spotless and well maintained. ALL the staff were friendly and helpful, with nothing to much trouble for them to assist us, even printing off our boarding passes for our return trip _TOP TIP - Marrakech airport INSISTS on paper boarding passes. "Great place to stay in a good location not to close to the main parts of Marrakech but mostly walkable, the staff here are so friendly and nice and are always on hand with help and information. Rooms are big and clean there’s a television with a couple of English news channels for those interested, breakfast is very basic but the food available to purchase at other times of the day is really good and they sell alcohol here. Stay here rather than a hotel that you probably stay in every other time...
