"This is an older property that offers many amenities, but it needs to be maintained better. The room was spacious, but needed to be cleaned & vacuumed properly. The floors in the common areas needed vacuuming and mopping. There was an unusual odor in the hallway & in the room. I went to the local market & bought cleaning supplies & freshened the room with an essential oil diffuser. The best part was how quiet the property was."

"The unit is nicely furnished. Very useable kitchen. It was nice to have a full size table and 4 chairs. There was a lot of noise from the hall and through the connecting door. Beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Great access to the boardwalk. All the staff I met were very pleasant. I would stay here again. "

"We had stayed here under the prior owners. I was disappointed to no longer have a gourmet breakfast, but Chris more than made up for this. He helped me navigate the push-button locks and got me a key fob for our room (just in case). He advised a few breakfast spots (both excellent) and provided us with a clean, comfortable room. We'll definitely stay with him again."

"Everything about this place was great except for one thing. The wifi was horrible! This hotel needs to invest in better Wi-Fi for its guests. Since there is no cell service, Wi-Fi would be helpful for guests so they can make Wi-Fi calls and work on their computers."
