"There was a HORRIBLE SMELL of MOLD in our room. There was no one except an operator to help with this, and they did not help at all. Literally a toxic smell.
The pillowcases had dirt on them. I took photos when we arrived. The sheets were scratchy, and the towels were extremely cheap and thin. I had to put my pj top over the pillow because of the scratchy linens.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"The whole property was charming, clean, and inviting. Being able to stay here was one of the highlights of the trip. It’s centrally located in Providence and close to a lot of activities and sights. The accommodations themselves were comfortable and convenient. The only thing to be prepared for is a lot of stairs. We were on the third floor with two 50 lb suitcases and there’s no elevator."

"The building is in a perfect location - an easy walk to the subway and Fenway Park (we had tickets to see a game). Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was a large window in the room that looks onto a very busy street. The window is not sound proof at all, and I checked several times to make sure it wasn’t open. They do provide earplugs, which is helpful if you are used to sleeping with them in (am not)."
