"One of the BEST stays I've experienced in the Caribbean!! The property was well managed; the room was cleaned DAILY and fully stocked with extra towels and toiletries, and the linens smelled AMAZING! Not to mention, the wonderful beach bag, luggage tags, and choice of hats that were provided as gifts, which was a nice added touch you don't normally receive. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL, especially Stacy and Ivino (hope I spelled that correctly), however ALL OF THE STAFF were incredibly polite and hospitable. Upon arrival we were greeted with a drink and were able to check in a little early. Prior to arrival Oasis messaged me several times and offered airport transportation as a part of our stay and ensured that we were well taken care of before stepping foot on the property. The LOCATION was amazing! It was exactly where we wanted to be near coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife. We were walking distance from Aziza, Lemon2Go (best coffee), Shay Cafe (great breakfast), Shisha lounge, and plenty of shops. The hotel offered e-bikes/bikes that we used often to journey into the main area of Grace Bay. The shuttle to the beach was so convenient and the service we received on the beach was just as amazing. The beach chairs, towels, and food/drink service was great! The beach was also cleared of rocks which wasn't the case when walking along the beach at other hotel properties. No detail was missed here at Oasis! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OASIS AT GRACE BAY if you're traveling to Turks!!!"

"The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time."

"Great place for couples looking for privacy and romance. Jerome at the Cove bar is just excellent! Kiki at the front desk is just super helpful. And Artie, our driver, was just as warm and friendly as he could be. The view from our villa was disappointing. As this is a terrible time of year for the Atlantic Ocean. Tons of seaweed. But have no fear, the other side of the island is a different ocean that is as clear and beautiful as humanly possible. The food is amazing. The staff was excellent. We will be back. In the Spring, when the Atlantic is nicer and the whales are frolicking!"

"This hotel was amazing. It’s directly on the beach so the views and atmosphere are outstanding. It has everything you need right on the property including a restaurant /bar and a coffee shop. The barracuda bar served delicious food and drinks. Clifford’s coffee shop serves an excellent cup of coffee. (Ask the staff about why the coffee shop is named Clifford’s it’s an amazing story) The staff were the best part of our stay, they were welcoming, friendly, and catered to our every need with a genuine care and smile. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This place has all the beach vibes you could ever ask for. We will definitely be back!! It was hands down the best experience we have ever had at a hotel!!"
