"All the little things. The cocktails when we arrived, the personal tour of the property, the service, the food, the travel bottles, the cookies, the cute little room key holder, the bikes, the loungers for the water, the spectacular beach! The list goes on and on. Well located with many restaurants walking distance including a grocery store. Everything was next level!!"

"Our studio condo was well clean and appointed with what we needed during our vacation. The screened porch and furniture was very nice to relax in the morning and evening. The one thing that I would change was that the chair inside was wicker and more decorative than comfortable for sitting. The beach had chairs and umbrellas available no matter the time of day that we arrived. There was what appeared to be blood on one of the loungers and I mentioned it to the staff. The one attendent was disturbed and told the other to get gloves, etc.. But the second attendent mentioned it being coffee as I was walking away (but I heard the comment as did my spouse), but coffee is not red. That was a bit disappointing. You can take the free shuttle to the other Ocean Club property which is a great jumping point to shops, restaurants, and a large grocery store that has everything. The shuttle van has little wagons that you can borrow if you want to get more groceries than you can comfortably carry. Some of our favorite restaurants were: Caicos Bakery (cash only), Le Comptoir Francais, Danny Buoys, and Shay Cafe. There was an oceanfront restaurant to left on the beachside (we ran out of time to make it there) and it and a dinner at the Ritz Carlton (ocean view) close to all other prices in the area are on our things to do next time."

"The space, room and amenities were excellent!! Our room was more than I expected. Staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. We had a great welcoming and introduction to the property. Their dining options were exquisite!! I would stay here again and highly recommended!"

"Average at best. When you pay 1200 per night and housekeeping doesn't come after calling 4 times it leaves a bad taste. We also wrote a note to leave more coffee and laundry detergent in 2 of our rooms (because we were out) and they left coffee but no laundry detergent. It seemed like they were trying to save the amenities for some reason and didn't want to replace them. Very strange. "

"Everything was perfect. I’d give this location a 10/10 if they had an ATM on campus. The staff deserve cash tips but there’s no access to getting cash on the resort grounds. "

"Room was cleaned. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was amazing. Now what I disliked was WiFi wasn’t working 1 day and restaurant close at 7pm. So keep in mind coming in late night it’s nothing to eat or drink except water."

"Property has 2 areas, the one was a quiet adult only spot and it was awesome. Place was very clean, close to everything in the “downtown” area, restaurants, shops etc. We were right on the beach, chairs, umbrellas and towels were clean and available everyday! A coupe of things we didn’t like…. Room has laundry, after first night we had to ask for more detergent every time we went to use it. Second they are stingy with towels. Room turn down the service only Gave us 2 new bath towels, had to request additional and had to request wash clothes every day. This is a small inconvenience for an overall fabulous stay."
