"Property is a short walk to the beach. Staff is very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. We had some snags when we first arrived including the water being brown but the maintenance fixed it quickly. I thought it was going to be rough but it turned out to be a beautiful trip"

"As soon as we arrived to the hotel the staff was beyond welcoming — They upgraded our room without asking, the room was beautiful, clean and modern - everyday housekeeping - good amenities with 2 pools the spa was great —-the food was good not the best could be improved but mostly the service was beyond impeccable from front desk to housekeeping everyone was happy and seemed to love their jobs — with any inquiry or modification we had, they went above and beyond - airport shuttle service and shuttle to the beach is a great add on— I would highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back"

"Great place for couples looking for privacy and romance. Jerome at the Cove bar is just excellent! Kiki at the front desk is just super helpful. And Artie, our driver, was just as warm and friendly as he could be. The view from our villa was disappointing. As this is a terrible time of year for the Atlantic Ocean. Tons of seaweed. But have no fear, the other side of the island is a different ocean that is as clear and beautiful as humanly possible. The food is amazing. The staff was excellent. We will be back. In the Spring, when the Atlantic is nicer and the whales are frolicking!"

"This hotel was amazing. It’s directly on the beach so the views and atmosphere are outstanding. It has everything you need right on the property including a restaurant /bar and a coffee shop. The barracuda bar served delicious food and drinks. Clifford’s coffee shop serves an excellent cup of coffee. (Ask the staff about why the coffee shop is named Clifford’s it’s an amazing story) The staff were the best part of our stay, they were welcoming, friendly, and catered to our every need with a genuine care and smile. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This place has all the beach vibes you could ever ask for. We will definitely be back!! It was hands down the best experience we have ever had at a hotel!!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect. What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for, and at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The setting is simply spectacular. Miles of pristine white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and a level of tranquility that is increasingly difficult to find. Many mornings and afternoons we had long stretches of beach almost entirely to ourselves, walking or swimming in what truly felt like our own private paradise. Our beachfront villa with its private pool was exceptional. Waking up, making a coffee, and walking straight from our terrace onto the beach became our favorite daily ritual. This is not the place for loud entertainment or crowded all-inclusive vacations. It is the place to slow down, recharge, enjoy nature, and experience understated luxury with impeccable service. Thank you to the entire COMO Parrot Cay team for an unforgettable week. We are already looking forward to coming back."
