Disappointing

Unfortunately there is a lack of management support for the lovely staff who are fronting and responding to all the problems and customer complaints and therefore cannot be dealt with swiftly. We had to wait for a response from the manger via a telephone conversation with the reception's staff. This is not worthy of any 3 star rating and is poor value for money. Despite work to upgrade the property it is not fit for opening and the bathrooms and facilities need to be upgraded or the price should reflect the offering. Whilst the staff did their best to fix the issues in our room it did not make up for them serving us raw chicken. There was no formal recognition of the severity of the incident. I had to say I would not pay for the food, rather than them being more forthcoming with an apology or compensation. It did cause us grave concern and we were worried about contracting salmonella. They did deduct the cost of the parking at 50 Euros that we were unaware of anyway as compensation for our room. Overall the hotel was disappointing but the location is great, close to the beach and there is a nice pool.

Patetico y pésimo. Sin duda la peor experiencia que he tenido en hoteles. Es un hotel que no está preparado para abrir al público. Dos días sin agua caliente y sin luz en la habitación yo y muchas más personas. De vergüenza, no me ofrecieron ninguna solución, no sabían cómo solventar el problema, y simplemente me ofrecieron quedarme en esas condiciones o que me marchara, y tuve que marcharme a las 11:30pm. Direccion ni se interesó por lo ocurrido. La atención de la chica de recepción decepcionante, no está preparada para trabajar de cara al público ni es resolutiva. Deberían no abrir al público hasta no estar a la altura de unas instalaciones y un servicio de hotel . Me sentí engañada.

La habitación está bien, parece recién reformada aunque los baños son terribles. Cuando llegamos una recepcionista al ver a nuestro perro (un labrador), lo primero que nos dijo es ‘pero cuánto pesa eso’, comentario que para ser un sitio que admite a perros, deja mucho que desear. El resto de personal muy amable.
